Quick question on what size wire

Well to honest I don't plan on changing anytime soon. I am just now getting this equipment in and will be installing shortly, but I already got the 8ga ran from my previous install. So if that would be suffice I would rather use it and save me some time and money! But just wanted to make sure it could handle it. Can't remember exact model # of amp kit, but it's by Stinger.

About to order a 4gauge kit and need some help on which one to go with. Both are form KnuKonceptz, one is the Kollosus for $64 and the other is the KCA for $34. Really wanting to know if it is worth spending the extra $ to get OFC kit as opposed to the CCA kit considering the equipment I will be using and again won't be changing to anything more powerful in the future. Also I realize the Kollosus comes with some better accessories. But is it something I will tell a difference on, or not really? Thanks

for your application you will be just fine with the KCA. Also if you order a long enough run you can do the Big 3 with it, something you don't necessarily need to do but it will help with headlight dimming and to me I don't see the point in using a certain wire size to carry the current if you aren't going to use it throughout the entire electrical system. With saving money on the KCA you should be able to buy enough length to do the big 3 have a more solid electrical system all around and still maybe save some cheddar compared to just running the OFC batt to amp.
