Quick Question About Setting Gains

I'm going to set the gains on my amp later today. My amp's bridged power is 400

watts per channel @ 4 ohms. This would put my target voltage at 40 volts. Since

my subs are only 150 watts RMS would I be setting it to 24.49 volts instead of 40?
