quick question about JL

I have a 10w6v2 that needs a recone($172)....im thinking about just getting rid of it and getting another one as it costs more to recone than i paid for it. But lately I've been seeing lots of nice 10w7's and also thought about just buying one of these. So heres my question has anyone heard both and how do they compare? I love the SQ of my w6 but the extra power of the w7 sounds nice how would you say it does with SQ?

W7 would be a nice upgrade, in the right inclosure it'll retain very good SQ and potentialy be louder than the 10w6

IMO i'd go with the W7

i've heard the w6v2's actually sound better than the w7's from alot of people and the lesser power handling is a plus for those who can't afford big amps. i have a 13w7 i'm waiting to throw a treo750.1 on soon hopefully.
