quick question about gains & test tones

Just checking, when i set the gains using a dmm, i want to use a 50hz @ -3db for the sub and a 1kw @ 0 db for components correct???

o and off topic but does anyone else get [Forbidden u Dont Have Permission to View] on these forums a lot? cause i get it quite a bit and it is really starting to annoy me.
