Quick Question About Box Dimensions

Hey guys, I'm having a friend (or I might myself) build a box for my JL 13tw5. The recommended volume of the box is .8 cubic ft. The suggested dimensions are 19x15x7.75.

I plan on putting the sub in the boot in the hatch of my 1999 Saab 93. The only thing is that it looks like the maximum width I have to work with is about 16". Would it effect the sound at all if I went with a 15x19x7.75 (flipped the height and width dimensions). I know next to nothing about enclosures, but I figure it probably wouldn't be an issue. Any input would be great.

If you're going for a sealed enclosure...flipping those wouldn't be a problem, no
