Quick question about 2nd alternator

I have a Hyundai Accent that didn't come with A/C, so I'm wondering if I can just put another O.E.M alt.(90 amp) where the A/C would normally go since I can get an O.E.M. alt for about $150. Or would this be a pain in the ***?
