Quick port question

hey just wondering what the tuning difference will be, im doing a L port and the 2nd peice was supposed to be 21.4 inches long for a tuning of 32 hertz and i only have a piece that 19.5 inches long and im wondering how much diff there will be in tuning, and i fi should try and get a longer one?

Less than a 2hz difference.

hmm ok do you think u could even here the sound difference in that?

I really doubt I would be able to hear a difference if enclosure volume stayed the same.
