I had my old PPI p1000.1 mounted like this, but my new AB 120.1 was too long to fit the same way.
I took the seat apart and attached some mdf to the frame so I could attach a 1/4" piece of mdf with the amp mounted on it. I should've asked before I did it, especially considering how much of a pain in the *** it was, but it wont hurt the amp by mounting an amp upside down will it? I plan on mounting my 2ch Optidrive the same way under the other seat, but wanted to double check before I went through all the trouble.
