Question?

What is the RMS and MAX power ratings on that sub? Also, what kind of voice coils does it have? Dual 2 ohm, dual 4 ohm?

Dual 2 Ohm for the voice coils.

the JBL supposedly puts out 1200RMS @ 2 Ohm so I think its a good match? I can get this amp for $450CAN (about $250 US) brand new... is that a good price?

Thats about the going price for a jbl 1200.1 and it will power that 12 nicely. I had that same amp on a hcca 15 for a while and did a 151db on an audiocontrol mic.

Aho ya the hcca's are dual 2 ohm
