Alright, the pioneer ts-w3002spl is rated at 1000rms and the kicker l7 is rated 750rms but the kicker has more surface area. so i was wondering which one would be better? thankz.

Are you just going for output? If so the Kicker is very well liked.

But either way, comparing RMS power handling is a horrible way to attempt to compare which subwoofer is "best" at anything.

If you're at all on budget, i'd so go with the pioneer premier. I have the TS-W106DVC, the lowest of the premier, and its pretty impressive for $120.

If you're getting more than one of the SPL, you should get the 3004.

RMS Output Power(2 Ohms): 500W x 1

RMS Output Power(4 Ohms): 310W x 1

What sub would i buy, the ts-w3002 or the ts-w3004 to get that 500watts??
