What series are they? 04, 05 dual 2 or 4 ohm? That makes a big difference on wiring the subs power wise.

yes but why not get one powerful amp that does 1200rms+??? save some money, time, and space

so your telling me that theres an amp out there that is 1200w+ thats able to handle high wattage at 4ohms x 2? and that is under $500 bucks...cause if there is I will buy it! or if someone is selling a used one I will buy it

yes, it would work.

if you have two 1242's (dual 4) then they'll get about 600w each.

i kind of have the same set up, except im waiting on another W6v2 to install both amps and both subs. for now i have the 605 and the type R

the only reason i have 2 605's is because i got them for close to nothing. otherwise i would have looked for one amp instead of two.

yes i said cheap. i believe that amp retails like 1500 or so.
