Question regarding voltage

This may be a stupid question but....if im playing a test tone full tilt WITHOUT a sub connected to the amp would voltage still drop?

I would say............no.

No, there's no load. The amperage draw is similar to if the amp was just idling, maybe a little bit higher but it's negligible

It shouldn’t drop unless you have some powerful midbass ..why not install a basic volt meter to monitor your voltage ?
