Question regarding the Alpine MRP F-300

I am currently powering my speakers using the Alpine MRV F-250. The amp is kind of old and stuff, so I was wondering if it's worth getting a new updated version amp the Alpine MRP F-300. I get 50% off at Best Buy since I work there and was wondering if it will improve my speakers a lot. Let me know thanks!
