Question on tweeters

So I just received these new tweeters, and the box says that typical impedance appears as 1UF capacitor, but it also says suited for 4-8 ohm impedance applications, and a 30 ohm series resistor is recommended to assure stability of extended range amplifiers and preclude hazard of amplifier burn-out. Are these tweeters 4 ohm or 8 ohm when on their own circuit?
