Question on running wires

I searched a bit and couldn't find these answers.

Normally I would run power wire with remote turn on on 1 side and RCA wires on the other side. Now I need to run speaker wire as well because someone cut the factory wires goin to the speakers in the back. Where would you run these wires? With the RCA's or the power?

Thanks for the answers!

You can acutally run the remote wire with the RCAs as they dont carry much current. The speaker wires can be run anywhere, I have asked the questions in other threads and got these answers. Search again if you want to be sure.

I've just heard the noise having to do with the RCAs. Once you get a little noise introduced with the RCAs, those are AMPLIFIED so that the noise sounds even louder after going through the amp.

I believe that happens when you have really cheap RCAs. RCAs with standard shielding should not cause any problems, budget Knu Klarity cables that I used were fine running with 12ga speaker wire.

make sure all power/ground connections are clean and rcas tight...i havent gotten any noise running rcas and power together:) ... cheap wirings is a different story maybe?

i'm still waiting for the day some one can prove to me that running the rca's next to the power cable induces noise, i've never done it before but maybe some one has and can demonstrate

I know if I take the rca's that connect my computer to my reciever and hold them next to the power wires I can hear a low freq buzz...I know it's not exactly the same situation as in a car but something to think about...I run them seperate just because I don't see the point in leaving it to chance...
