Question on phoenix amps

On the PG amps they have that phone port thingy. I have the octane R 800.1 and i wana put the volatge meter than runs off that in. But i also wana put the control knob that i can mount on my dash in too. Can i just get something to change the port to 2 holes and run em both or am i stuck picking one or the other?

Never seen a splitter for that jack... I dont think they exist.

well couldnt i use a jack for a phone jack? to splice it

If it only has one port on the amp, it's only for one or the other, NOT both. If it says RDM, it's for the Remote Display Monitor, if it says LPL, it's for the Low Pass Level or bass control. You CAN NOT use both unless the amp has inputs for both seperatly. My ZX450v2 has one for each but my ZPA0.3 has only the RDM. Both jacks are differant as well. The LPL is the phone type jack while the RDM is of another sort of jack. I believe that that amp has the LPL.

I looked it up, it's the LPL. W/O a doubt, 100% positive, absolutly no way I'm wrong.
