Question on box tuning

First off, I have this box:

What would this box be tuned to, if anything? High? Low? Also, what is this type of box(sealed) good for, instead of a ported box, what are the advantages? Thanks!

Sealed boxes generally have a flatter response than a ported box, and there is no "tuning" for a sealed box, as in tuning for a certain frequency that you would do with a port.

Ok, and what do you really mean by "Flatter"? I wanted a sealed box because i wanted a more tight, low, nice sounding bass...Will this do it for me?
