I have a center console that I made for an s10 .it holds a 10" sub and is all fiberglass , goes from under dash to rear cab wall . What would one charge for this from fist cut to final sanding .im unsure how many hours I have into it , I work on it as my schedule lets me and its for my brothers air bagged truck thats not road ready .I was just curious to what people charge , I cant figur out how to post pics but I have them if someone will post if it helps to see what im talking about .

It's hard to determine a price for a one-off, custom piece like that. It's very valuable to someone who wants that exact type of enclosure. But worthless to someone who cannot use it. It's nice though. I would suggest joining an S-10 forum. Better chance of getting some coin for it there.

I had them same problem after building two enclosures thinking I would keep one and sell the other. Ending up having to use both because no one wanted the 2nd one.

I only made this one , and its going in my brothers truck , dont plan on selling .as far as how it sounds not sure , internal cubes are a bit more than I think it should be so I dont know . And ideas on how to lessen the air space if i have to .he was gunna use one sub then said no ill use a different one .I like the way it came out exactly what he wanted .I was just curious as to what a shop or some one that does this on the side would charge . I only really make things for myself /friends/family .I honestly never did anything this big before , usually just gauge pods and stuff or all wood boxes .you guys think it looks good ?

that looks very solid bro id honestly say ATLEAST $500 and thats hooked up like the guy who built it is your sisters husband and your the only one who likes him hooked up haha

Thanks bro , I like it and dont think it turned out bad for my first attempt at a fiberglass box its gunna be tight with a guy thats 260 in there .I still need to add a layer or two inside the cured opening but for the most part its done. I work on it when my schedule or my 4yr old lets me , im no bodyman but can get buy so, my brother will have to help out on that part
