question on 4ch amps

So i have four coaxial speakers in my car that i replaced factory with new ones and now want a amp for, if i want to keep the fading from left to right and back to front, is it true i need a 4 channel amp, and one set of speaker is 40 rms and other is 50, would the US Acoustics USX-4065 Amp be to powerful?

 
could sum1 please answer if they kno, i want to kno wether to buy the amp because i kno a guy who will give me a great deal, but i want to kno if it will blow my speakers or not

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
