Exactly my point. Who are you to tell people that they are going to 'hell'? You have no say, nor reason to push your beliefs on anyone else. Not to mention all the other religions that must be wrong because some guys wrote a book a long time ago says so. And dont forget the numerous versions and revisions of said book.

Please note, I have not told anyone they are going to hell, I can not make that judgement, I simply stated my belief. I take no offence to a muslim saying I am going to their hell, I simply don't believe what they do and don't expect them to welcome my religion into their heaven.

Secondly I have not pushed my religion on anyone, and as for a reason to spread the word of God, It is want I believe t be true, it is my job to let you know the "truth" and that is all, it is then you job to decide what you what to believe. I don't agree with pushy people, used car salesmen or preachers. nowhere in the Bible does it say to shove Christianity down the unbelivers neck.

As for the revisions of the Bible, each has it's reason, there is not one perfect shoe that fits all, there are many denominations and versions of the bible and church because there are many different type of people that need many different type of messages

The first and formost thing is that it was a choice, not somthing that was forced on me. Secondly, There is not one thing in the Bible that can be disproved, Thirdly it is one of the only religions that doesn't worship cows ... that is non violent and supports the betterment of all. this is obvioulsy a very breif list, I could go on for a very long time with actual personal experiances that confirm for me I have made the correct decision.

Third - Why does cows make it invalid? Also, if you think it is one of the only religions that doesn't worship cows, you obviously did not research your religions very well. You should qualify such a statement by listing all the religions that do and don't worship cows.

Third (pt 2) - Define non-violent. Are you saying there is no violence in the Bible? Are you saying those who believe in the Bible haven't carried out violence, believing it to be the correct approach? There are many religions that are equally non-violent (some less violent) and support the betterment of all (some do this better as well).

Lastly, no, I don't think you can go on for a very long time in support of Christianity. You can't even carry logic for a short discussion, much less a long discussion.

The fact that the Bible is a compilation of many books lend credibility to the fact that the Bible has many authors.

your point here is to get to my background, I am a westerner, therefore my roots are in christainity. I have had expriance outside Christianity though, islam, budism, and others. I have encountered many people.

I said Christanity, not the Bible. The old testiment is full if violence. List them

What are you talking about, you asked a unbias question, I gave an honest answer. I am typing with one hand because my son is sleeping in my lap. As for logic, what are you refering to? If you are intrested to here the christian point of view, cool I'm here, If you have your mind made up and don't want to deal with me any further thats fine also.
