Question for peeps in college?

Well you know how the left over financial aid is given to you well at least in my school and at others well i was wondering how much have you guys in checks i got like $200 left over and then another check for like $100 cause i didnt use it all for this semester and i just got a check for $1200(i kno that i am gona pay it back in the end and all that im not gona take the big check) but man $1200 holy crap

A good friend of mine just got $4200 back. School gave him $10k over 4 years to major at a certain campus on top of his FL Bright Futures scholarship, FL pre-paid college, and a number of private scholarships...

I didnt get shit back cause I pay for it all myself...

a couple weeks ago, there was a mix up and some kids got checks in upward of $15,000. the kids ended up spending it all, then they found out they have to pay it all back, even though the university made the mistake.

yea i called my school every time i got the other checks they just said it was leftover financial aid that i can use on whatever i want but this big check im going to go in there tomorrow and make sure again

I will have about $1,800 at the start of next semester... Thats after tuition and fees...Bout $200 wil go towards books...The rest is mine.. Parents paying for my house..

only $200 in books? than you either taking less than 12 credit hours or some basic *** classes... i spent over 400 in books alone for winter semister (2 books alone were each over $120)
