question bout Premier cd players and remotes

well i was wanting to order a remote for my cd player. premier 860 05 model and well on crutch field it says 07 and up models for the card remote. i know it says 07 but would it still be compatible with mine?

You can buy remotes off of Pioneer's site. They are cheaper off of ebay though. I just bought one for my 880prs. 48 shipped vs 26.
