Boosting the bass

Bass boost function boosts the bass level of

sound lower than 100 Hz. The more the bass

level is increased, the more the bass sound is

emphasized and the entire sound becomes

powerful. When using this function with the

subwoofer, the sound under the cut-off frequency

is boosted.

thats bass boost, dont use it. All that is going to do is boost signal output for anything lower than 100hz. set your gains properly and this is not needed.

Woulda been better off asking all your questions in one thread but to reiterate what I put in your other post, play with it. Try not to boost anything by more than 2 or 3, cut what's obscuring what you're missing before boosting what you like. Cut and boost each frequency with music you're familiar with to know what it effects. Look up the fundamental frequencies on google to give you some idea of what you're looking for. Then play until whatever you like to listen to sounds like you think it's supposed to. If you have to boost anything to the max start thinking about better equipment or speaker placement.

I prefer to adjust gains with the subwoofer controls at max and leave it there.
