I bought some wire from the same guy. Here's a pic of it tied in a knot for flexibility.I use this and couldnt be happier, great price and very flexible.http://cgi.ebay.com/1-0-Welding-Battery-Cable-50-ft-MADE-IN-USA_W0QQitemZ300293408198QQcmdZViewItemQQptZBI_Welders?hash=item300293408198&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A2%7C294%3A50
I ended up finding a spot not too far away from me that sells it. I got some of the 1/0 flex o prene. It is not as flexible as the kicker hyperflex, but it's not super stiff either. I was going to get the 2/0, but the guy talked me out of it with how many amps per 50 feet the 1/0 is supposed to be capable of. I believe he said 350 amps per 50 feet or something like that. I may still get some 2/0, but I want another color. All they had was black.decent welding cable is always nice and flexible it has to be if you are working with it all the time. It is the cable that is meant for permanent installation in buildings that is not very flexible and stiff it is the kind that has only 30-50 strands and almost needs a bender to bend. I have flex o prene in my car and its good stuff.

technically most wire can take alot more than we like to put through it in car audio without burning up. The problem is in how much voltage drop you have with a certain amperage.I ended up finding a spot not too far away from me that sells it. I got some of the 1/0 flex o prene. Rash, you can blow me up any day you want.technically most wire can take alot more than we like to put through it in car audio without burning up. The problem is in how much voltage drop you have with a certain amperage.
50ft of 1/0 gauge will drop about 1.7v if you try to pull 350 amps through it. All of a sudden that 14v you managed to get your electrical system to sustain at that current turns into low 12's by the time it gets to the amp.
