Question about upgrade soft parts

When they put, for example, DC level 5 coils on a DC level 4 motor, does that increase power handling to that of a level 5 coil? Or would it bottom out? iirc, level 5 coils are 3.5in and 4 motors are 3

that used to only be done with the m1 lvl 5 coils(Which where 3") it would upgrade the power handling as well as stiffer suspension

I know somebody who just got two level 4s w/ level 5 coils, guess they were m1s then. and by 'just' i mean about a month ago brand new
