To answer the OP, all Sundown SA series subs play the lows beautifully. They're rated for 600w but people aren't having any trouble pushing 1kw into them daily.

wouldnt the size of your box make a difference too? cram it in a 1 ft^3 box and im sure itll take 1000 all day after box rise, but if you put a single one in 4 cubes youd probably run into some trouble. i just bought 2 sa15s for my camaro, 4.1ft^3@33hz on an aq2200d. nice little daily setup good **** mr jacob fuller. sundown is awesome.
