ah yes well i dont know whats free from them anymore but if thats your only options cant go too wrong with a free phone from that model(even if something goes wrong its still covered)

edit: Also a great resource where you can compare phones is at phonescoop.com they have reviews, pics, specs, etc.

LG VX5400 isnt that bad either for free

the juke is so f'in tiny like really really small deff not for texting and is really a basic phone its more of an mp3 player but its very dependable just really awkward ...

i miss my chocolate. i had both versions, the brick type (first version) and the smaller, sleek type (2nd version). The Second version is heck of alot better and a big improvement because of various reasons. First, is the touchscreen. the first choc., i was making accident calls all day long. The second version fixed that issue along with several bug issues. Texting is really easy and comfortable. No need for small fingers like my current phone (sidekick slide). Music volume is probably the only downfall. It's not as loud as other phones, but its decent. Another advantage about the chocolate is the voice recognition. If the ringtone is set on voice, it will clearly pronounce the name given to the caller such as " Call from Matt, Call from Matt, Call from Matt, Call from Matt." I like this idea because if you get a phone call and don't intend on picking it up, you can hear who is calling you and then ignore it for whatever reason! You will be pleased with the chocolate. I regret going to tmobile. If they had the choc. for tmobile, i would have jumped on it

i love my lg chocolate. it can take up to a 4 gb micro sd for music and pics.

if you get the music pack (the pack that comes with the cord to hook up to your pc) you can put your own mp3's on it and not have to pay for them. if you download bitpim you can make your own ringers.

my girl and i have had the phone the same amt of time. im good on a phone. hardly ever drop it, mine still looks new after about 8 months. my girl is hell on a phone. drops it all the time and hers is all scratched. shes had to get hers fixed once, mine still works new.

not sure if her being rough on the phone had to do with it being broken casue they never figured out what was wrong with it they just replaced it but just throwing that out there.

pay the 5.99 a month for the insurance and call it a day.

i got a samsung sync, at&t...i like it! Can do many things to it, can also add in my 4gb memory card and have a shit load of ringtones and videos and pics.

The chocolate is a horrible phone. Touch pad blows and they break all the time.

The juke is just a phone. Hard to get use to holding something so small.

wait ur getting 2 phones? i didnt read that part. everyone ive talked to that bought the juke liked it for a couple weeks and then it got old. i got a 2gb micro sd card for like 12 bucks on like buy.com or newegg i forget but it was worth it. might want to reconsider buying the juke.
