would be to much. here are the specs of the amp. any help would be appreciated with this. thanks alot

400 Watts RMS x 1 channel at 4 Ohms ≤ 1% THD+N

Signal-to-Noise Ratio:

75 dBA (reference: 1 W output)

Additional Power Output:

800 Watts RMS x 1 channel at 2 Ohms ≤ 1% THD+N

THD+N (Distortion):

Frequency Response:

20 Hz to 200 Hz (-3dB)

Maximum Input Signal:

5V

where the drivers are wired parallel for 2 ohm load? or if theres a better way ill be happy to take advice. thanks again

i have the dual voice coil 4 ohm. i asked a car place here but they arent the best of place to go. thats why i was trying to get input as to how to wire them and if the amp would work. thanks

Yeah...with that voice coil config. you can hook the subs to a 4 ohm or a 1 ohm load. Not going to work so well with that amp. I know MTX amps like to see 1 ohm loads too often, at least my old one didn't.

I would be looking into a different amps, and by the way, those subs get quite loud but are too muddy for my taste.

Good luck...
