question about ipod on eclipse CD5000

just wondering, if anyone else have this problem. when using the ipod, the volume is a lot lower than using a CD or radio. i turned my svc twice as high as the svc on the CD mode. when i had the cd4000, the volume on the ipod didnt sounded a lot lower than the CD player. thanks

did you check the volume on your IPOD not sure it would matter never had one, does it have a multi harmonizer or media expander that you can turn to hi and low?

the volume on the ipod would have no effects on the volume on the headunit. ill check the harmonizer. thanks
