Question About Fuses

If my amplifier has fuse rating of 60a in total.....would I be ok running a 100 fuse up front (inline) or will I need to run an 80a fuse?

The purpose of fusing inline is to protect that wire from shorting out on your car or to prevent that wire from carrying more current than it is rated for. So you would be fine running either fuse.
