loading does nothing it is just a waste of creatine you will just piss most of it out...

yeah i'm doing the loading stage right now.

2 servings daily, one when you wake up in the morning, and one before you workout. it says on the back to do that for 5 days.

creatine is a waste, take nitro-tech and cell-tech. I was 6'1 200 pounds with a 175 pound bench. After taking Nitro-tech for 8 months I am now 6'1 245 pounds with a 310 bench. It works

doont waste your time with creatine...im about a week an a half into my 1st cycle of m1t...gained 7 pounds..an gone up a shit load on all my lifts...its not reallllly bad for you..despite whats people say..and you get results
