i just got a big jug of it a walgreens, and i was wondering if it's best to take it before you work out, or after?

loading does nothing it is just a waste of creatine you will just piss most of it out...your supposed to begin a loading phase fist. you take 4 evenly spaced out though out the day for one week and after that you can take just one dose a day and you should see results in 3 days. creatine is more of a strenght enhancer which puts more water into your muscle tussue. Trust me i take it for football and bodybuilding and i bench 310 lbs with out it and once on it 340lbs at the end of one month cycle. check out bodybuilding.com for more info.
