Question about comps

It really depends on your situation. i persnally like to run the HP crossover at about 45-60hz, to keep the speakers from seeing subbass notes and cleans up the sound a lil.
thats what im saying does the crossover that comes with them filter out sub notes?

passive crossovers have a crossover point for the tweeter and mids, i.e. 2.8 khz. you're gonna have to use your amplifier's HPF to filter out sub notes. or you can set the amplifier to flat and use the crossover on your HU if you have them.
