Gonna admit I dont reall know anything, I've been reading a few threads but I still dont know if this would be a good system for my 2003 Tiburon

I'd look for a PPI PCX amp as those are a little better than the newer DCX series. For sure you can do better on the subs. And you probably do not need a Capacitor.

What should I be spending on the subs with that AMP?

you have around $300 to spend.

Ditch the cap. You dont need it.

Use the rest of the money on wire and the "Big 3"

A better set of subs and build the box yourself.
