Do what you do know amps are not computers don't you. No cpu, No HD's, no OS and their is no software to upgrade. That phone line you are talking about is prob for a remote gain knob.

^^ I hear the new beta version 1.245 is coming out for my sub in the next few days hope its fixes the issue of not enough bass.
