question about 2 amps

I just made a thread about which amp to choose, but I guess JBL made a new amp.

this is the one I want. Its $119 and does 67x4

This is the new one. Its $149 and only does 60x4

Can someone please explain the DIFFERENCES and why the one that does more wattage is less???

without looking at the specs I can tell you if its an older model its going to cost less...
