question about 2 amps on one sub?

i know its nothing like running to dif rated amps but the birth sheets on the same amps is never the same when they are built? also how can they all not have the same watts ?

obv. you would run the same amp. they really aren't going to differ in ouput unless you have different settings. in about 99% of cases where people double up amps like that, they strap 2 amps together, that way the 2 amps share the same exact gain settings. if you're running 1000+w per coil and one amp is putting out an extra 50w than the other, it really isn't going to make much difference. compared to 1000w, 50w is almost nothing.

yes but think about how much power that warhorse can put out. now, compare that 10kw to the 100w difference on the birthsheet. it means almost nothing in the real world. it gets to a point where youre running so much power that little changes in wattage don't even matter

ok thanks yeah i never got how people could rub 2 amps on one sub ....like that hummer with the truck load of rockfords ....still trying to learn more and more about car audio
