quarterback accuracy

That defense is pretty good, but they put up some stinkers for a stretch there at the end of the season. They did hold the Packers to 10 points, though. They played lights out for the first half of last week's game too.
I'm pretty sure Jay Cutler scored 4 TDs last week. You think maybe, just maybe, that had something to do with the Bears winning the game?
I think it had more to do with the Defense shutting them down on 3rd down and keeping their offense off the field.

It was also the 2nd time in NFL history a team with a losing record played a playoff game. The only other instance took place one week earlier. Coincidence?
The NFC West is weak as hell, but the team that wins the division is guaranteed a playoff spot. It ain't the Bears' fault...

You said completion% is a better way of determing a QB's accuracy then actually watching the throws they make. Are you denying this now?
CMP% is the universal means of determining a QB's accuracy. I remember saying that, and I'm sticking to it.

You and bob have argued in circles for over an hour now, but I'm still right....and Chad Pennington was the most accurate QB in history (per the rules used to determine accuracy) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The Bears defense gave up 21 points in the 4th quarter. That's hardly "shutting them down"...
They absolutely shut them down on 3rd down. Since you love stats so much just look at the stats.

Bears D held them to:

34 rushing yards

22:50 min of possesion

3/14 on THIRD DOWN!

Under 300 yards of total offense

I watched enough to know that Jimmy Clausen threw 3 TDs this season...and you're ignorant franchise lost two of their 3 best players to the Bears.

ignorant? I see you're still bitter over the ass whipping Carolina gave the Bears in the playoffs a few years back.

They also threw the ball less than any other team, started 2 rookie wide receivers, had injured rb all year, started 4 reserve-linemen (who weren't even signed until mid-season), & had the worst offensive coordinator/play caller I have ever seen.

Jimmy Clasuen will be fine. Steve Young, Brett Favre, Johnny Unitas, Joe Namath, among other QB's were written off early in their career because they "didn't have it"

I don't get where you took 2 over our 3 best players either......

John Beason, Jonathan Stewart, DeAngelo Williams, Steve Smith, Jordan Gross, Ryan Kalil, James Anderson, Thomas Davis > Chris Harris

......& Julius Peppers is the most overpaid NFL defensive player besides Albert Haynesworth. We didn't want him, nor need him.

Charles Johnson > Julius Peppers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Lol at you not recognizing your failed logic. You can think he's the most accurate as much as you want.
