QB accuracy is something that has to be determined by watching the QB play, for instance if one team runs an offense where everything is centered around chort passes and checkdowns that QB is alwaya going to have higher completion % than a QB on a team with an offense that attacks down the field.

No. Experts, analysts, & anyone who knows a **** thing about football means completion percentage is the way to measure a QB's accuracy. And that Jay Cutler is a superstar. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif .....

fixed
there is no statistical way to determine how accurate a QB is.
you used a sample size of one pass. over the course of a year or even a carrer the outliers (drops) wont affect the percentage which would be an accurate representation of a QBs accuracy .. LARGE SAMPLE SIZE / another idiot thread

that's pretty much what i was saying, completion % is so dependant on the system around the QB that it really doesn't mean a whole lot in regards to actul accuracy

Peyton Manning throws the ball DOWNFIELD. Pennington played in a run first offense where most of his passes were check down to the running back. Only a tool uses completion percentage to determine a QB's accuracy.

That's like saying how much you pay for gas will determine what your mpg will be.
