I'm a (small) quantum dealer and that amp will do 900w, the 1800w rating is "dynamic" which is the same as a max rating. Quantum Audio is a solid budget lineup, especially their cozmik line.

This amp is so powerful that it has 4 fuses!! Lower end amps who boot-leg the power ratings have 1 or 2 fuses only.

Based on that, I guess my 40.1's must REALLY ****.
