Quality Speakers

I've heard from this forum about the different quality speakers. I would like to hear them. I have gone to a couple of high end Car Audio stores, but they don't want to stock or showcase anything high end. Is there such a thing as a Car Audio Show? A few ideas:

Yes, there are car audio contests. The first thing you should do a search on is iasca.

Also, ask your independent stores, sometimes they know about upcoming contests, and even sponsor them.

Take a walk back to the install bay and have a talk with the installers.

Try looking for a competitor's forum to post your question.

Another thing you could do... perhaps you could drive farther and find a store.

I understand your delima... I don't have any stores that carry anything great near me either... if I had not been in the business years ago, and not have so much knowledge, I would be totally lost... I don't know how kids find the good speakers today, there is a sea of overpriced garbage out there.
