Quality connections, fuse holders, etc...

I was looking at an EFX amp wiring kit but was a bit disappointed with the quality of the distro block and fuse holder, specifically the plastic and plated metal bits...

Is this typical in the industry or are there different grades of quality for items such as these?

That's where I'm going to get all my wiring / connectors.

$3.25 / ft for 1/0 gauge wire. Which is pretty baller if you ask me.

But it all depends on how much you're willing to spend, if you might want to upgrade later [if so, how big], and what you'll be running now if not.

you can always get lucky and find the kicker kits on ebay for a pretty decent price

Hmm.. I'd rather pay twice the price for stuff that isn't bling bling chrome plated with fancy shiny blue and yellow bits all over it...

I should mention that I am going for as close of an OEM look and install as possible with my installation, even went as far as to build my own VGA/USB wiring harness for my carputer.

if your goal is an oem look as far as connectors buy the little cheapy connectors on partsexpress and pull all of the colored shitty looking jackets off of them and use flex loom aka techflex and heat shrink and trust that the manufacturer will be jealous

i like allot of stinger's stuff.. quality made. and not all about bling bling...

efx has allway's looked cheesy to me...
