Quad voice coil sub wiring ??

Hello everyone I recently got a pair of Memphis mojo 15"s and I do not know how to wire them since they are qvc each vc is 1ohm and I want to wire it down to a 1ohm final independence any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

You can't wire a pair of QVC 1 ohms to a final load of 1 ohm. With QVC you can wire each individual sub to 1 ohm, then you would either have to wire them in series up to 2 ohms or in parallel back down to 0.5

You can't get a one ohm load. You can get .5 or 2 ohm.

Hey guys thanks for the quick replies I've been trying to wire everything up right and its been kicking my butt ..lol anyways how would I wire it to a 2 or .05ohm or unless I read wrong could I just hook up one for now to a 1ohm load? I'm kinda new to this so please excuse my ignorance.

lulz... hooked up a whole amp and sub hammered one night.... just BARELY remembered to disconnect the battery. then at the end of it all... I was like, wait, this is a .5 ohm load now, and this amp aint .5 stable... disconnected everything and went back to the previous setup. it was a fun drunken hour.
