Q's about radio after amp set with dmm

So I turned down everything on my hu to 0. Set my amp with a multi meter..my question is... is it ok to turn the treble up some on my hu without making my s# it clip?

yes, you can to suit your tastes. it may affect the maximum volume you can play without clipping, or it may not. it depends on what HU volume you used for gain setting, and the strength of the test tone you used.
