Hey everyone,
I ordered the 6.5" 'C' kickpanels from Q Logic for my '98 Dakota Club Cab and am wondering what would be a good, efficient component set for under $150? I would like to use the Clarion 675usb deck amp for simplicity and cost sake(hence efficient speaker). I dont listen to music too loud, I just like a clean-sounding, detailed reproduction.
The reason I got the kickpanels is because the imaging of the stock door location fires the speaker into your feet. In other words it sucks and makes my head hurt. I hope this was the right move..
Do I need to fiberglass the kickpanel to make it a sealed enclosure? It seems like the volume would be quite small if I did that..How much higher should I set the high pass crossover?
I have a Image Dynamics ID8 sub and Infinity 652i coaxs for the rear.
I listen to all types of music.
Thanks,
Nate
