i have a set of new never cut q forms i bought for my 03 excursion. they are tan but easily painted. they should fit 99-07 f250-f350 and excursions. i'd like $125 shipped in the us. or $180 shipped in the us with a used but nice set of jbl power 6.5 compnents.

Spray foam for panels
Mineral wool is another nice dammned good insulation fire proof. Prob same as the Rock wool mentioned. that stuff will last forever

Yep. That's exactly what I did. I tried it with my 1/4" flush trim bit, but it didn't leave enough space for the mesh to press the way I wanted...
