I just bought a '07 Acura TL Type-S //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif, and I'm ready to start planning my new setup. I don't have ANY experience w/ OEM integration, but don't want to lose the look of my dash. I don't know if anyone has any experience w/ either of these, but I need some help. I know the 3sixty.2 is setup through a laptop or Palm OS, I would rather stay away from this if possibly. How do you setup and control the Alpine. I really haven't done much research at the moment, so I'm asking you guys while I'm searching.

Congrats on the car! That's what I wanted when I bought my 07 Accord, just couldn't afford it at the time. I have my eye on the 09 TL SH-AWD now:)

You really can't go wrong with either unit, but I believe the RF has more flexibility with tuning. Last I heard was that RF was coming out with another newer model, who knows.

What else do you have planned, audio wise with the install?

I have researched both, and they both seem to have their downsides. The RF has more flexibility but has more noise and bluetooth issues, even though they have supposedly fixed those now.

At the moment...I really don't have any plans. I've got a lot of gear that I'm going to sell, but I may end up keeping my 12" RE SE's and Kicker SX1250.1. I really just want to deaden the rear of the car and get some bass. I'm going to go with some more Rainbows or DYNs (if I have the money). I'm going to get something that I really like, so I don't want to change 6mons - 1yr from now.

you are just using it for processing right? Not OEM integration? Have you had any problems with the bluetooth? Would there be anyway to maybe get some screenshots of the setup?

Didn't you use to run Fi and RE subs? What made you change to T2s?

just using it for processing, running the fronts active and sub, rears have no processing, just have a t4002 on them, fronts are on a 6004

havnt had any problems with the BT after i upgraded to the newer software, i had some old stuff, ill use laptop mostly, sometimes ill use the PDA at the shop

used to run them, swapped out everything for stuff we sell at the shop, worked out a deal for everything Rockford and Hertz, sounds great, cant complain for the price i paid, the T2 are pretty nice subs, not worth the 850$ retail but i dont have anything bad to say about them, weigh about exactly what my BTLs and MTs did, pretty beefy sub, i just opened a 12" the other day, that thing looks huge

you looking for a screenshot of what my 360 eq and such look like or the program in general?

if the program, you can DL the software off RF and just use it in demo mode to see how everything works

Do you have any noise issues at all with the 3sixty? I'm going to be installing mine soon with my 800prs. Version 2 3sixty.2's seem to be all good with the bluetooth issues now.

The audison bitone is out and it is a great piece. Easy to use and a very clean sound. Went to the bitone after using the 3sixty.2
The Audison bit-one is twice the price but I heard it's a really nice unit.

To the OP, if you're doing simple OEM integration go with the 650 if you want more processing or want to run active use the 3sixty.2.

i think there are 2 models of bit one, a 700$ and a 1300$ one, the 1300 is the one i want, i like that it uses direct connect usb instead of BT, alot faster connection i bet, dont have to hassle with connection

done a few integrations with the 360, all sounded great, not alot of people want to spend that much for a processor, alot of the ones we did are used with aftermarket units

i dont have any noise problems, got everything sounding great with it, we took a rta and sat and played around with it for a good while getting it set up good, i love these Hertz speakers, im a fan of warm smooth sound, cant stand alot of highs, after playing with the 360 finally got it sounding great

bout to pick up a new Kenwood DDX812, after that ill be done, atleast for this week...
