putting songs on my cell phone?

i have the phone, the computer and the usb cord, but i dont have the cd needed..is there a site i can go to and download the program needed to load songs onto my phone..by the way it is the tmobile pda phone..

im w/ downlaod.com or jsut google by saying "what progarm you need download" that works for me
