Punch P3 /w Box

Someone is trying to sell me a Punch P3 w/ some crappy sealed prefab (he is making me buy it or he won't sell it) for $60? I thought that was pretty **** cheap? Its the older model (not this years but the one before not sure on RF's lines and how often they make new shit). Should i jump on it? is that worth more so i can turn around and resell for more?
