3 12" 4ohm dvc punch hx2's wired in series would put you at 2.6 ohms, 2ohm dvcs would put u at 1.3 ohms, both of which the jbl can handle. the fosgate would only be able to handle the former, and would be pushing it to run it at the latter setup. i would stick to the jbl.

to stay on topic... i'd stay with the 1200.1 to go with 1.3 ohms.

go with rockford 1500bd.. they will hit harder than jbl1200.1... the only bad thing is thee $$.. bnut if money is not a concern, go for it... you won't be dissapointed..
